1. Proof of Ownership & Authorization Requirement

To prevent illegal entry and protect property rights, clients requesting lockouts, rekeying, or key generation must provide valid government-issued identification along with proof of ownership or legal tenancy (e.g., vehicle registration, title, property lease, or utility bill matching the service address) before service can be initiated.

2. Service Estimates & Quotations

Any prices communicated verbally or online prior to physical inspection are estimated guidelines. Final service costs are determined on-site based on hardware complexity, lock condition, drill requirements, or specific automotive immobilizer hardware present.

3. Limitation of Liability & Non-Destructive Entry

Our technicians make every attempt to utilize non-destructive lock-picking and bypass techniques. In cases involving high-security cylinders, damaged internal mechanisms, or seized locks where bypass is impossible, drilling or hardware replacement may be required. We are not responsible for pre-existing door frame rot, underlying lock wear, or secondary mechanical failures.

4. Disclaimer of Emergency Warranties

While we strive for prompt dispatch, arrival times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or technician availability. All services and hardware installations are provided under standard manufacturer hardware warranties where applicable.
